apply for unifi mobile, select number already, click home delivery, click confirm nothing happen??? already try twice with different unifi number same thing here, the confirm button rosak?

hi all, just got a new simcard/number, insert everything correctly. got 4g 4 bar and volt LTE symbol. when i try to call from landline to my new number, it says number not in service.
 what did i do wrong?  |

setup everything completed, even got 2 sms in when plugin the simcard. [4g is showing with voLTE]
-call out [this line is barred] -sms out [cannot sms out] call from landline to the new number [not in service] anybody help.   |

3G network sunset 😁😁🤭 received my notice too.

of all telco, unifi mobile, no new phone subsidy. 🤦♀️
for ytl/shopee, saw on shopee ad, apply thru ytl, get free phone, must install shopee app and enable shopee pay ewallet to get cashback. 🤔 |

using prepaid, if want those free phone, it's like converting to postpaid to get free phone, now free 1 year subside, after that long term trap.
