initially i didn't know whose accounts those were; i honestly thought TM had AGAIN registered somebody else's account but typo to my IC.
so here they are; last used to send dummy SMS on 10th Feb 2022. live agent had used the word "suspended", but after further engagement, actual state is terminated in the very sense of it.
(i had previously lodged police report denying ownership; TM admitted "probably typo" that they somehow registered a delinquent fibre account but linked to my IC - and my mobile - for an alien address somewhere in shah alam. or was it klang? that account was already in use for quite some time by the time i was alerted to its existence. so i am very *~!β¬[%,Β₯ when it involves unrecognised TM account numbers and it asking to pay. coupled with the fact that their dinosaur system cannot even update installation address properly after i moved streamyx account inter-states.)

mine showed expired too, but when i topped up, it was successful.
after a while, the status changed to active.
mine failed to use data.
didn't inspect the app that much. just topped up right away.
after that data started flowing.
you can also contact cs to check if your number can be recovered.
