Anyone know howto proceed on mnp process once simcard arrive by postage? Nevermind the super buggy mobile app, it got 2 option that confuses me, 'i already have a sim' and 'activate my sim'. I mean, yes I've already got the blank sim and yes i want to proceed activating my sim so both option is somehow correct. Idk, maybe I'm too stupid to figure this out. Maybe i should contact their cs instead?

Ikr. Stupid design and wording made a simple thing complicated. I did ported to bebas a few years ago and did the whole thing myself, received the sim amd activated myself, done the next day. Can't remember how i did it that time, plus the stupid 2 option made it confusing now. I end up contacting their fb cs and asked them to help processing the port it. They asked a few details to verify; order id, email, full name etc. I'll see what happens tomorrow.
