Previously showing 2 years validity, now showing no expiry

All my SMS balance is missing after the update. Does anyone facing this issue?

You guys still have option for monthly unlimited RM35? Mine don't have anymore after the new update

I have lodged complaint with MCMC/CFM aduan@cfm.my about missing call, sms & data credits of Unifi Mobile Prepaid # BEBAS after migration on 24 Feb 2024. I hope those affected also lodge relevant complaints soon.

Surprised to see expiry date in the new app. Last time I have to guess when was my last usage, I dont use the line often, but I know that we must use the line every 90 days to maintain validity.

After I download and migrated to new app, I saw my expiry date was 17 April. I tried use a bit of data browsing internet, surprisingly expiry date extended 1 day only, it becomes 18 April. Not 90 days like last time.

Today (1st March), I managed to extend 3 months validity by just making a 1sec call. Now my new expiry date is 31st May.

That means the best way to extend expiry is through making phone call. Just make 1 sec call is enough to extend 3 months validity.

TM’s Unifi Mobile has revamped its prepaid offering which offers “unlimited” 5G data for RM35/month. The new Uni5G Wow prepaid plan offers uncapped 5G speeds and up to 60GB of hotspot quota for a limited time.

During the launch, it was revealed that the Uni5G Wow Prepaid will replace the previous Unifi #Bebas Prepaid and the older Uni5G plan. However, existing #Bebas users who want to enjoy the never-expire “kredit tak mati” validity feature, can remain on the plan.

My previously bought data pass is still available but can't be used

opps also kena the same, thinking it will use 5G data when you browse internet while the phone signal show 5G. it actually deduct the 8GB (rm18) with no validitiy, instead of 5G 15GB rm3 with valididty 30days. thus this 5G 15GB is useless. unless put it in 5G modem and i got quite stable 30-50mbps at my house, with no other data purchase.
