Anyone know howto proceed on mnp process once simcard arrive by postage? Nevermind the super buggy mobile app, it got 2 option that confuses me, 'i already have a sim' and 'activate my sim'. I mean, yes I've already got the blank sim and yes i want to proceed activating my sim so both option is somehow correct. Idk, maybe I'm too stupid to figure this out. Maybe i should contact their cs instead?

Not only hotspot capped, speed is now down to 5Mbps

It seems like unifi mobile now allow Remaja plan to connect 5G plan but limit speed to 7Mbps

Did anyone of you get deducted by RM0.10 suddenly?
I reloaded RM40 intially, bought RM35 pakej , left RM5
then few days later, suddenly deduct RM0.10.
so it's RM4.90
now I always have to topup more than RM35 to buy RM35 pakej, Balance RM4.90 like a useless amount to me as there is nothing is RM4.90 pakej ...

If I port out from unifi prepaid, can I claim back the unused credit?

all telco prepaid had this Rahmah siswa 4G/5G 30GB highspeed & hotspot, validity 6months for RM30. which i found this is good for me.
