Unifi have a lot of bugs.

If you depend on the mobile number as your primary point of contact, please do expect dropped call when it is switching to 2G. Calls will not establish whenever it is falling to GSM.

Do you mean to say in a dual sim phone where primary sim 1 occupies the 'LTE/3G/2G auto connect' slot for data, this TM Unifi sim 2 which would automatically occupy '2G only connection' wouldn't quite work well for calling out and/or calling in??

It’s not about dual SIM. I am using a normal single SIM phone and whenever I am out of the LTE coverage, it falls to 2G and both data and call don’t really work. I have to force it back to LTE in order to make it work.

But when I do the speed test, my speed is limited to 3mbps only. It still deducts from the high speed bucket?

I may soon abandon unifi mobile too. Their way of conducting business is not transparent and subject to hidden policies.
