Im porting out from Unifi mobile prepaid, and porting in to maxis prepaid. Its now more than 5 working days.... why i still have not receive the sms from unifi mobile for the port out?

I just ported out from Digi to Unifi mobile. Just checking, this unifi mobile doesn't support VoWiFi right? ie Wifi calling. I am using S21 Ultra. Reason I need Wifi Calling is because reception here really bad so need Wifi for calls.

well i did put near the windows. but the thing is, the building i am in have another building infront. so might affect the overall signal?
75% from what i checked inside MR200 admin statistic page.
always get 3 out of 4 bar on the router display.

if this problem still continue to happen, i might consider changing to another telco, maybe hotlink PANTAS works well?
CCTV doesn't consume much data right?

i use unifi mobile prepaid bebas to run my 5 indoor CCTVs at my office, namely workshop, using china mari brand punya cctv. so far been working flawlessly for the past 3 months. but then recently, got this problem. 

just saw this today too, finally they adjusted the pricing for the data, rm18 for 8GB, previously it was rm50 for 8GB, crazy

Has anyone else noticed that the stupid garbage app won't work if it's 0.1 version out of date, 0.1 version, wtf? And it gets updates once a week or so, though I don't see many improvements, still slow and buggy. Fine if there are other ways to reload, etc.

No eSIM. The only telco in Malaysia not yet have eSIM provided.

Last time in end of January 2024. I joint the SWU. The staff counter told me need to subscribe along postpaid 39.
So OK lah I registered. After 10 days I call customer service and request for termination, it's quite easy actually as it's non-contract.
The tricky part is the refund for deposit, you need to follow-up with TM from time to time despite you give them the correct banking details for the refund process.

my feeling is that after tomorrow their interns will resume work and start deleting the allocated free data. remember how they deleted the free 20gb when it was supposed to be valid forever? 😅

this time they have tnc to support them.

I think they are not purposely delete. Its data lose due to upgrade server or migrate system.
My data also lost that time.

Is bebas 10 plan different from mobile unifi? I got mine when unifi mobile  launched many years ago, I check now the plan name is "unifi mobile"

Hi, just want to quick check. Have anyone started to port out after 6 months free unifi mobile usage promotion? any issue encounter?
