If you're always on the move and uncertain of which places you are going to, like me, it's better to stick with Celcom, unifi mobile tends to have the worst coverage.

I see. Ok, thanks for the info. So I guess even though Unifi mobile is riding on Celcom infra, the network isn't totally the same because at any one location, Celcom might have 4G+ but Unifi mobile may not. I assumed both would have the same coverage area in terms of 4G+. I guess not.

To be honest the coverage is not that bad. Maybe due to the properties of the LTE band that TM is using.

I got unifi prepaid and hotlink prepaid in 2 phones, but the unifi always hv no data connection (or slow until always time out) when inside malls or indoor of big buildings. Happened in Kuantan, KL, JB...

While hotlink is connected well.

Anyone facing the same situation?

You sure unfii air does not use band 5? Where did you get the info from?

Kena scammed by unifi the sim itself cost RM10 and they don't give you any credit, other telco at least gives you few ringgit for you to make call/sms. Secondly before buy check my area got 4G coverage when insert into phone only 3G.

Been using Unifi Mobile Bebas for 1 year plus, so far so good and  the BEBAS very good for low usage person like me. Now I just spent RM250+ per year, plus I do not need to care about quote of data plan. As I can use whenever I need to use, and stop using any data for whole month, without wastage. 

Might be your area got coverage issue ?

lol...first day of using unifi mobile plan 99...and i alrdy regret...outside at the open area the internet speed can go up to 60mbps...but once i go inside my house...the speed drop to 0.5-1.5 mbps...haiz...gonna change to another telco next month

Only live chat is available i think. Why not go to TM point and ask for simcard replacement.  I did it last year at sunway pyramid which is free.

Hey guys, for the Unifi mobile hotline. Is it the same with their usual dial to 100?

I signed up for the RM59 unlimited promo.. But was charged RM99 instead.

subscribed to unifi 59 yesterday. tried it. even worse than my previous gx50. damn regret for subscribing it. Is there anything that i can do to cancel the 1 year contract?

Is the bebas prepaid Unifi mobile a good indication of the speed for postpaid also?

If yes, to be fair the speed at my house is not too bad.

YouTube app can stream at 1080p with no problem.

Tmr will try at other common places I will be at normally to see the speed. If it is good, I will seriously consider to switch to this rm59 plan.
