Hi,

I just realized that my unifi mobile prepaid sim card had been expired. However, based on the t&c, I did using some Internet data last month, for at least > 20MB, by right should activate the sim card for another 90 days. But surprisingly it was expired without any notice. The line looks ok, connected to 4G. Just that cannot have incoming/outgoing call and Internet surfing. Only checked on the Unifi Mobile app then found out the status had been expired.

I did chat with customer service, they keep mentioned, need to active using it "and" reload every 90 days, but this is contradict with the t&c in their webpage at https://unifi.com.my/sites/default/files/ht...-Consumer-2.pdf under clause#4.

Wondering if anyone of you facing the same issue with unifi mobile prepaid recently?

better port out with better telco that bettter bar
maybe can try xox one

Ensure the "E" icon appears at the signal bar. Once this icon appears, then only can get internet access and also call out.

do u have internet plan ? try turn off your data connections
