Later, if that someone want to unsubscribe, only you can walk in to TM. Can that someone still be in contact with you? Or he just stop paying and 10 yrs later you find yourself listed in CCRIS for unpaid TM bills?

History stored locally as long as you didn't log out or uninstall.
(as well uploaded to RM70j database)

tried just now by logout, login again. history cache zerorised. it won't restore old lines from the RM70 central db.

i log out, log in. less than ΒΌ minute as i use password manager.

1. there is no indicator the check date of when your line will be terminated - except by calling in for CS to check

2. line will remain active for 90 days since last "usage" BUT will be terminated AFTER 90 days from last "usage"

3. "usage" can be anything - spend voice/sms/data quota, buy additional voice/sms/data quota, do a balance top-up

4. as long as you "use", the 90 days countdown restarts again.

haih, this is not good.

instead of 1000 TelcoX users and 1000 TelcoY users have their own respective infrastructure, suddenly 2000 users have to compete for shared infrastructure under pretense of preventing duplication.
how many years already that we experienced the lies; don't even believe malaysian telco to upgrade their own capacity and footprint, let alone to hope that they'll upgrade a shared infrastructure.

why don't you make police report that your IC have been used by unknown party? it's already a case of stolen identity and fraud against government. worst if "you" getting involved in criminal offence, like, badmouthing helang without limit.

Jan 2020, i thought can simply walk in, apply over counter, and done.

Apparently still have to apply online, pay online, collect immediately. And since I am in store, they scanned mykad on the spot.

Give or take, less than 15 minutes applying 3 MNP online to finish collecting 3 SIMs. 1 postpaid and 2 prepaids.

I'm fed-up.

("Hmm.... maybe, just maybe, it's stale cache issue...")

Uninstalled. Installed fresh.

Logged in to SIM #1. Able to add 1GB RM0 and it gets displayed proper.

And while on the Dashboard .... I unintentionally clicked <Back>.

The app returned to login screen, with my earlier login MSISDN and password still retained in their respective input field.

("EEHHHHHHHHHH!")

SIM #2 uses the same password, so I just modified the MSISDN, and able to perform and confirm another 1GB RM0 purchase on the Dashboard.

This time I intentionally pressed <Back> while on Dashboard.

("Really, TM!? You didn't even clear the input fields from earlier logins. I can just reuse and reuse the login credentials with different SIMs.")

if you use router device or dongle or turn on hotspot function in your mobile device, it's considered hotspot usage.

by default, assume all "unlimited" quota as for mobile device own usage, not hotspot usage.
the same to unifi mobile "unlimited". in fact, it have separate hotspot pool that need to be purchased separately.

unless, you are using digi infinite 150, digi postpaid 150 with unlimited add-on, or unifi air; those are almost unlimited in quota for hotspot and mobile usage itself.

"LTE Only" is only on unifi network.

"3G/LTE" is for domestic roaming on Celcom ... 3G πŸ˜‚
