use it for 2G purpose, they are hardly any good for 4G considering the signal and coverage, it's pain in the ass and total waste of time to refresh and reconnecting. Coupled with the bad CS team that promise to call you back but never did, evidently in the play store bad rating, dump it for UM.

Yup, for several days now, mine too.
The 1GB not decreasing at all even after several YouTube music videos.

Even chat with the Unifi technical support .
They said nothing wrong with my line.

So decided not to subscribe the free 1GB today.
Want to check if the main data will be deducted or not.
Guess what? Not deducted too.
So, free data usage for the past few days…

Yes, it was 5 numbers per IC at the time of Unifi Mobile Bebas launching.
Now, Unifi Mobile Bebas has changed to 3 numbers per IC as I was told last year, not sure whether or not it has changed again though.

For people with 5 numbers ATM, they can keep the lines until termination.

Probably too late but for Unifi mobile postpaid RM59, my speed is still 20mbps sharp even after 80gb of usage

If buy high speed data (8gb/rm50, 4gb/rm30, 2gb/rm15), there is no expiry date as long as your unifi mobile is active.

I've got 3 line under this account. i noticed this month they not giving me discount anymore. this month October bill is rm 251 should be rm 187. I tried calling 100  but they say they don't serve unifi mobile customer  only unifi home. ask me to live chat. funny thing is i waited 1 hour for 70 ppl finally my turn to talk to them the i uploaded a picture of my bill the app crash and i have to queue for another 100 ppl.

If UniFi POST-paid or P1 webe #BEBAS is ur main line for daily usage, me believe ur BP is "ryzen" to the max at the moment... ensure to do daily BP monitoring before things getting worse....
