Definitely not phone problem...
I'm at another location more than 30km away and it's still the same problem... I've swapped my unifi on phone with my unifi on an iPad, now my iPad with my phone line showing the same problem... 
Then my phone using my iPad line shows no symptoms...  
Could this be the Pakej Remaja issue...? I just bought this 2 days ago... My iPad line still running on existing free 20GB from first batch... |

Went to TMpoint, even they can't solve my data throttled problem after changing SIM card... They claimed that the Pakej Remaja still valid as long as it is offered on the app...
I guess they haven't got a clue to what's going on... Now have to wait till kingdom come...  |
