It's up and running now

My Unfi air (79/- pm during promo) , been using about 2 yrs already. Using own band 38 router, 6th floor apartment.

Average DL speed 30mbps. Can go up to 50+mbps non busy hours.

I didn't need to uninstall. I clicked update a few times (initially no update appeared in play store), but eventually after a few tries update option appeared.

However this new app won't close unless forced closed.

About time to ditch this "Oops, this is awkward " Telco.

It's working for me, but I don't have any other data other than the free 1gb.

Bye Bye 1gb.

Is there anything wrong with the app. I can't load. Didn't use for 1 month.

Had to delete cache and data.

Hi, previously I was able to make calls within every 3 months from my backup unifi mobile to keep it active. Now it is about time again, but I can no longer make a call.

The line still shows active, and I still have 18mins of talk time remaining.

Any idea what's the problem ? My backup phone is Android 7 (4g phone.)

Just tried. Can't receive either. "The number you dialled is currently unreachable, pls. try again later "

No luck either.

No use. When call out I get "Cellular Network not available". I think it's time to kick unifi mobile out. Let it expire and deactivate even if got some balances left. Nothing but grief.

That 3/- for 15 Gb/mth (5g) is a con job. It only connects to B28, and most of the time it fails to connect . No signal. Everywhere I go, 90% of the time, can't get a connection. Whenever I go out for food , I can't pay with my ewallet because no connection. Even I reset the connection many times, maybe once in a while can get a connection if lucky.

It's not about 4g or 5g. The problem is with Unifi . It was done on purpose to force those still using the old Bebas SIM that does not expire (as long as got some activity within 3 mths) to upgrade to WOW 5G.

I have another SIM (OneXoX ) in my phone, and anywhere that Unifi can't connect (which is most of the time) , the OneXoX 5G can, so it is not a 5G problem.

(Please remember the problem I am talking about is the unifi BEBAS 3/- 15gb/mth (5G) data addon only.)

1st Sim Unifi mobile. Signal full bars, 5G Volte , addon data 3/- 15gb. But 90% of the time I get this everyday.





2nd Sim OneXoX. Signal full bars, 5G Volte.

I get this 100% of the time , everyday

If you already have Unifi mobile sim , no harm trying since it only cost 3/-. . You might have better luck than me.

Want to ask those who have upgraded to Wow5G.

If the 2 months grace period is almost over, and you buy 1/- for 3 days validity, will this also reset the grace period to 2 months ?

My Digi Prepaid Live, when 3 months grace period about to expire, I just buy 1 day (1/-) validity, and my grace period becomes 3 mths again.
