Hi all, any issued to access mobile Unifi apps?
It's keep appear "This is awful, please try again".

I try to sign out and relogin, still the same "This is awful"..

Kinda lousy awful apps.

"This is awful, please try again" has been happening quite often. It's like a common thing for unifi mobile.

BTW, I bought another new unifi mobile SIM (the 3rd #) for RM10 (+RM10.60 if delivery)
I received it on Wednesday and reload RM30 on Thursday morning, and Saturday I received the FREE 30 days LTE pass. August Promo ends on 31st Aug.

Once you get the Unifi mobile SIM, inside got got 10GB LTE data quota. Is it?

The SIM comes with 3GB LTE, 100mb 3G data ONLY.
RM20.60 with postage + reload RM30 = FREE 30 days.
It's worth it, and mind you, the RM30 top up is still there and be used for weekly after 30 days expired.
So, it's actually costing RM20.60.

Has it been resolved for your case? Mine still showing the same problem. Need to reload soon but can't access the app.

Any other way to reload? Cause even buy pin, need to key in the app.

Quite worth but after 30 days, need to purchase RM20/weekly..

Hi all, I just recently opted out from DG. Couple of questions.

Does Unifi Mobile not support FaceTime and iMessage?

Why is my Unifi@Mobile apps show my number doesn't exist in the system when using first time login?
I have used mobile data, make a call and etc
