I am at 22% risk. I notice nowadays, the dividend received is lesser than management fees. Before optimization, i see dividend is usually higher. But I am now at TWR 14.95% after 1 year. Just sharing.

Didn't see any activity or changes to portfolio by roboadvisor since the start of the dip... I was assuming some auto adjustment will be done to protect our investment.... Thought this is one of the selling point of roboadvisor...

QUOTE(honsiong @ Mar 10 2020, 04:03 PM) They already did 2nd reoptimization in 2019Q3. Any panic "adjustments" AFTER the market correction = realizing loss. Not looking for high frequency trading... I am just talking about this high drop started last few weeks... Since they are talking about data analytical to anticipate market, I assume there would have been some adjustment done based on their analysis and not panic adjustment. Roboadvisors are not high frequency trading, you want those sign up for JJPTR. I would thought they would advise that they anticipate it will go lower and changes the portfolio based on their analysis. I trust them to do it based on their data and experience as after all, this is an investment and the robo are the adviser. |

QUOTE(zstan @ Mar 10 2020, 05:10 PM) I don't know. More allocation to gold? I know nuts about investment which is why I only DCA and let them do the job. I am just asking based on my understanding on that they publish. Below is what I got from their website.More data, less guessing Our system determines the best asset allocation for your personal portfolios based on economic conditions, not on how the market is doing that day. When economic conditions change to a recession, for example, your portfolio’s asset allocation automatically changes to maximise your returns and keep your risk level constant. |

Sharing some optimism. Started investing since Nov 2018. Continued DCA even during march price drop. Today my 22% risk level is in green.
Not sure how it will go in the next few months, but I think DCA is the best way right now. Hopefully those that started later than me will see green soon as well. |

QUOTE(joshtlk1 @ Jul 8 2020, 09:35 PM) It is the same for me. I think just gotta wait one more day for them to update it. I assume they will by more units with that dividend. Was wondering about this as well. But when you check the total, the dividend is consider as part of the capital. The capital seems reduce. So the amount still same. I don't understand this. |

QUOTE(majorarmstrong @ Jul 25 2020, 12:37 PM) when you start? I think for SA you will need to put it for long term to see profit. I started when it was introduced, highest return I got before MCO was 10% from my capital, then it goes south during march. Continued DCA and now back at 10% of capital as well.if uncle has such return i will withraw and call it a year cause i look for 6% to 8% saja most of my FD is 10 per account so i am putting into all available options like RAIZ, SAMY, WAHED and DCA till 10k then stop Also some in eUT and some in PMO |

I think most probably it's Curlec issue. When we setup direct debit, we are shown Curlec's term and condition. But this is real screw up.

To be fair, time are changing and we are relying on technology more and more. Many companies are moving towards digitalisation. Last time banks used to rely on old stable technology that have not changed in years. These system took years to stabilise. We don't see much publicised glitch as those are internal.
Moving forward, I think we will see more technical glitch as more and more system is within reach to end user and at real time. |

I stopped DCA since last week. Reason is due to S&P been hovering around 3300-3400 for many weeks. Gold and KWEB been volatile. So each buying process is around that price. I will start DCA again if it have large drop like few weeks ago or when it starts to uptrend.
Just sharing my thought. |

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Nov 17 2021, 12:52 PM) No. Immediately after I deposit rm500, it will show net deposit rm450, total returns rm50. My total amount is still rm500, just wondering why do they show like this I seen this on my simple before. Do you have money in it before and transferred all out? My was due to that and when I reenter, it show part of it as returns due to there was no info reset after I cleared out simple the first time |
