unless you telling me
1) top up big pay with CC
2) withdraw big pay cash at atm (fee: RM6)
3) then use the cash to put back to bank
4) then invest into SA

in short, it is a workaround for cash advanced.

SA won't suck up exorbitant cc txn fees for you like that lah.
