Modified Dietz/IRR of capital appreciation, dividend, and forex impact.

In layman terms, total returns would just be profits. It'll include whatever dividend you receive which is automatically reinvested, any appreciation of the shares you're holding and profit from MYR dropping like sh*t. However, what I learned from this forum is that you can check your total returns in USD to know how well your portfolio is doing minus the currency impact.

Alright thanks sir, but how long do they reinvest the profit? Been over a month, should be showing up in transactions but it's not

Remember to select your portfolio to view a more detailed transaction.
The buy order, currency conversion and dividen received is shown there.

Not sure what you are implying by profits , but do you mean reinvesting the dividends alone or do you think that they are supposed to reinvest your capital returns ?

My deposits stuck.

I'm new to StashAway and I'm trying to set up a portfolio with general investing.

When I choose a balance portfolio growth, the most aggressive is 20% stashaway risk index.

But when I choose I want to take a little more risk, the most aggressive is 7.5% stashaway risk index.

How come? I thought if I want to take more risk, the stashaway index should be higher in percentage, no?

Screenshots? You probably misclicked something. It should be 26/30/36.

I tried many times so I finally gave up.

I deleted that portfolio and created a new one. The new one is like what you guys described.

yep software troubleshooting, first steps, restart the computer

but make sure you aint doctor and dont practice that to your patience

Yes, there's no issue at all since the "Manage Deposits" page merely informs SA that you plan to deposit money, and you still have to transfer the money to SA separately through JomPay or IBG transfer. After you've transferred, you can just close everything and wait awhile for SA to receive the money and then process it i.e. convert to USD and purchase the shares according to your Risk Portfolio

Actually you can’t even leave your computer and go toilet makan. Until deposit is confirmed.
