QUOTE(batman1172 @ Apr 15 2023, 09:49 PM) I'm trying to find historical record on their Simple fund. but there is almost no information on their website. any idea where can find? The underlying fund is AmIncome fund, you can find the details here. Please correct me if I am wrong. https://www.aminvest.com/OurFunds/UnitTrust...PHSAmIncome.pdf https://www.aminvest.com/eng/IndividualInve...dOfferings.aspx Corrected below. It's been a long while since I logged into Stashaway. This post has been edited by Hoshiyuu: Apr 16 2023, 02:35 AM |

If want mmf
Suggest Go+ 3.5 3.6 Versa 4.0 Kid 3.5 I put go+ top due to the liquidity. Versa cash I I haven’t try. So far Versa has the tendency to take longer time to cash out. Go+ never fail me. |

QUOTE(Super2047 @ Apr 17 2023, 08:47 AM) They can pay out 4.1% by investing 100% in fd? This is so hard to believe. What kind of fd can give them so high return that they can pay their investor 4.1% they put in Easpring fund it seems. I'm a bit curious too. If I invest direct into Eastspring, the sales fees and management fees already 5% &1.5% (I think). Long time no invest in unit trust. |

QUOTE(batman1172 @ Apr 17 2023, 08:40 AM) I'm not worried about minimum amount. 0.8% is only for ETFs 🤦♀️So SA 0.8% fees already include the underlying funds' management fees and sales fees? SA Simple is fee free QUOTE(Super2047 @ Apr 17 2023, 08:47 AM) They can pay out 4.1% by investing 100% in fd? This is so hard to believe. It is MMF and there is no management fee and sales charge in the 1st place 🤦♀️ |

Long time no invest in unit trust. The underlying funds are 100% FDs as per their email, and they mentioned that the rebate SA receives does make up part of the projected return. All in all, 4.1% p.a. still looks attractive and more importantly, realistic given the current interest rate environment leh! Especially since the rates by KDI and T&G are mostly promotional and require a lot more T&C compared to SA, which IMO is more fuss-free. Tho yes, their withdrawal timeline is slightly slower (up to 4 business days). Personally I'm ok since I don't put all my funds in simple so I have spare cash elsewhere if there's a very urgent emergency, but to each their own. |
