last week i took grab n the fare is only rm5 ....
i use my debit card as payment mode but not sure why the payment decline ....
and now my grab apps say i owe grab rm5 ....
i already check the whole apps but i cant find how to pay the rm5 ...
so my question is .... how can i pay the rm5 ??

I just top up my grab pay but also cannot pay with grab pay....

Don't bother la....it's just rm5 , if it's grabpay the driver will be paid by Grab

Last time, there are one rider owe Grab RM5.

At the end, the rider have to pay the fare + RM5 (owe in his previous trip) when I complete the trip.
Maybe you will pay it during your next ride.

Actually still can use grab but payment cannot use the debit card, can use cash or grab pay....

But i just dont understand how come the didnt mention how to do the payment.....

Let me guess. You using Maybank debit card?

If yes;

1. Call Maybank hotline
2. Tell them to activate your online transaction purchase
3. Link your debit card again in grab app
4. Grab app will detect you have pending RM 5 and it will automatically charge that instead of the normal RM 1 (refundable)
5. Continue on with your life

Probably the same steps for other banks
