last day APR ---- MAE for the ezcy cash got upfdated , i gain RM1.


till today 2May ---- RM1 not in yet .......

MAE really cacat . for the peanuts $ have to keep monitor +call CS ...... this is really BEH QI .....

In other app, it said need to increase my limits in m2u, how to increase in Mae app?

Use Chrome, then www Maybank2u.com (PC/Phone/Tablet)
Then MAE App to approve.

Just called Maybank CS on the apr MAE win/tap Ezy cash missing CB

this is 4th/5th call ---MAE CS push to Credit card department
Credit card department blur blur .
claiming i sudah get the CB ---i claimed not yet
then , claim the CB will credit next month ---

in the end , have to write report again .
need another 3--5 working days .
Apr Ezy cash ---- RM1 cb ...... SUSAhnya to dapat


For May Ezy cash----again , MAE tracker not reflect .
really susah to get $$$ from Maybank ....

update:
in the end i fill out the form after login to M2U and gotten the tracker updated and straight away RM0.50 without clicking anything

I used to get less than RM0.2 & RM0.5, so when not credit i just don't want to waste time to follow up. Yesterday got RM3 and same thing not credit today. Have to try follow up see can get back or not?

They really never improve.

they complaint to the MAE department , no one chai them .
they will continue to followup and call back coming Thursday,

Wah lao, this kind of reason also can? can't believe is dealing with bank. So far i have experienced they drag for more than a month sometime will just credit back (without report to them).

I guess is like system hang there, nobody monitor then just leave it. Until somebody report, then only fix it.

It depends, sometimes i got CB, next day credit already, sometime have to keep waiting.....

Hi guys, I just got my MAE card but I already have the MAE account since 2019. Recently I tried to make payment with my mae card by paywave but the terminal cannot process and I'm not sure what is the problem. But I can pay normally if I insert the card and use pin. Is there any activation for mydebit function for MAE card? I cannot find it in maybank2u web or MAE apps.

Thanks for update. I got my RM3 credited yesterday too, my wife also get her RM1 yesterday which got it last week. I still have 1 pending RM0.2 from last month, but is ok, just leave it.

My MAE secure2u frequently ask me to register again. This is very frequent and recently even need me to go to ATM to activate again and again. Anyone facing this problem?

what phone you're using?

my guess is secure2u tied to your device id or something. if it keeps changing (for whatever reasons, eg masking, spoofing, set by manufacturer to randomize the id, etc), probably mae app cant detect your previous device id for matching ... and treat it as "new"

Mine Poco and my wife xiaomi 11t are having this problem. Both upgraded to Hyper OS.
