Any developer who canโ€™t fulfill the specifications of the unit/property based on the proposal that they submitted to the government to get the permit shall be fined,blacklisted, and ordered to refund back the money to the customer. Otherwise, our country would be flooded with unsold bad+overpriced properties and end up directing those bad investments to P*C consumers. If you ever see how many mainlanders queuing in front of the Malaysian Consular in shanghai to buy property here, itโ€™s EPIC!

Seems properties from out of KV are mostly missing from the list.

That price is for 1,023sf. Aset kayamas projects usually come with bare unit.
