Im using mbsb as my home loan as per agreement from my. home developer last time either mbsb or borneo housing only can process the loan..

So fast forward.. Got my loan and home.. staff at mbsb counter advised me to use jompay as loan depayment every month.. so I did that for years.

Then suddenly came sms just now said I got months of tunggakan. wtf? Every month payment cantik, gor resit everything..

Then my neighbour last few month also kena the same thing.. 6 months tertunggak and threatening with lawyer.. went at mbsb and mbsb admitted their fault coz someone resigned and forgot to handover to new staff about his details thus payment didnt get updated.

Anyone else having such fucked up moment with mbsb?

operation only office hour so gonna call them tomorrow.
everything is clear.. insurance and stuff..

my friends that using mbsb also facing almost same situation as mine.. some especially personal loan been charged hidden fees and payment different from what already been agreed on during signup.

sigh.. guess gonna change to other bank for home financing after settle this mbsb fiasco

kek surat apa pun takda.. notis pun takda.. then said i got tunggakan..

ikr, seems asked around my peers..they all got bad experience with mbsb... and my friend worked in those houseloan dept also mentioned mbsb kinda like "bunuh bangsa"

wtf.

guess that's what im gonna do tomorrow.. no calls, no letters suddenly got sms tertunggak ...will call their cs and then lodge report on bnm and ofs..thanks for mentioning ofs as well

tried hed over mbsb branch.. they off at noon.. wtf..

called cs instead they said got increment since last years.. tiaw them kawkaw since I dont get informed at all about these..

gonna lodge complaint after this

i know right, after the 5 years tenure ends..gonna switch to other financial body... lodged dispute and blamed the cs kaw kaw and they keep call me every day to settle the problems.. I just scold them kaw kaw since they can send sms on the tunggakan, but not telling customer on rising fee and other charges.
not a single letter or call mentioned about my current year repayment and everything..

and yeah, the worst bank ever.

apparently they blamed their agents for not hantar the surat.. comeon.. mbsb is a f*cking bank institute..can't they just call or sms customers too... send sms boleh, inform customer cannot.

mostly MBSB got a lot bumi..well bumi attitudes you know la.. when I asked for my current statement and current balance... the staff can ask me, what is that.
