HDMI to VGA convertor dongle works.
I bought one from LowYat Plaza computer store 2 years ago, Unitek brand for about RM 80 which is USB powered.
Not sure whether the non-USB powered HDMI to VGA convertor dongle works or not, but the selling price was cheaper about RM 45 with no brands.
However, make sure your monitor supports 1080p otherwise the display aspect ratio will come out weird or scrunched up because it happened to my 1050p monitor.
