Its not a easy job for any race which work in Chinamen company ..

Work more pay less but bonus ok but last minute paid bonus
Loyalty is a must for them
Public Holiday usually 8 to 12 days
Calculative with employee
Chinese rajin and others tak


So with that working environment in this years, do you think the new gen (chinese) will work for them although their requirement only for chinese speaking ?

Sooner or later they have no choice and still need non chinese to work for them ... but again this kind of company only work for them if you have no option...
