I have started looking at sofa and today I went to MV Abitex. They do custom built sofa and we do like one of them at the shop. Being customized you can choose fabrics or leather. I always thought leather is the way to go but after seeing some of the fabrics the shop offers, I am not 100% sure.

Leather of course still has that premium feel but those stain resistance fabrics are actually quite good at fraction of leather price. Does anyone has sofa with Aqua Clean or Efficiency fabric from Spain? They are actually generally more expensive than Acacia fabrics. Are they really stain resistance including against coffee, Coke, etc?
