not too sure what you are asking, but the only thing changed is that we have disabled registration, and guest uploads are limited to MY/SG/AU IP's only.
Pictr.com issue, can I ask here

Ok, understood. I did not create the script, it's a 3rd party script, and it probably broke when they updated it.
I've prompted the author and a fix should be underway. |

Uploads on pictr.com are geo-restricted. It is also not available for VPN and Tor based IP addresses.
You can still use the legacy forum upload, or the many other free image hosting sites available for your uploads. |
