Hi, try to find contact for support in pictr.com page
but not available

I just have a simple question

has something change to the way picture is uploaded to it?

it used to be able to copy (window snip) and paste (Ctrl+V) anywhere on any pictr page, and it will auto goes to upload page
now I need to specifically click on the upload link before I can Ctrl+V the copied picture

Well Previously when I wanna upload pictrs to my account
(usually I use window snipping, for screen shot)

I can window snip, copy the file
go to the Pictr page
doesnt matter where, it can be main page (with the scenery)
or even when I am viewing one of my pictures in my album

I can simply press Ctrl+V on that page
and the upload page will brought up, asking me confirm (with the nsfw check box)



this is like an overlay, half the screen covered

now I cannot do that any more
I need to physically press the Upload button to bringup this page


before i can Ctrl+V, to upload

Why I notice this
is because my JPJ number plate checking thread
I uses a lot of screen capture, so when there is multiple screenies
I can just Ctrl+V, even on pages where I am viewing the embed codes
and it will show the upload overlay

Previously the upload will work on the embed codes page, even

The one right after finished uploading,
and showing all the codes below the picture

I can directly Ctrl V on that page itself to bring up the overlay
no need to press upload button

It used to work anywhere on that site

just login? Press Ctrl +V bamm! Upload page

Viewing album? Ctrl+V bamm upload page

Viewing specific picture? Ctrl+V BAMM!!

Copied pasted Embed codes? Ctrl+V BA.... wait that will not work. need to F5 refresh that page, Ctrl+V BAMMM!! it works now

well
I upload load of windows snips (again, my JPJ thread)

So I can upload continuously for each screenies at half the clicks

make new snips, copy snips,

alt+tab, ctrl+Tab, paste ,

make new snips, copy snips,

Alt+Tab, ctrl++Tab, paste

then when I need to copy the codes, I just copy, paste, back copy paste back, copy paste etc


now I need to

make new snips, copy snips,

Alt+tab, Ctrl+tab, Move cursor to Upload button, Press , paste ,

make new snips, copy snips,

Alt+Tab, Move cursor to Upload button, Press , paste

shhh.....

pictr is made by abang 7.......

I came from imgur, same easiness in uploading
but imgur sort of banned lowyat linking

so I changed to pictr at the advised from se7en

and use it without problem so far

a bit lazy to register on another new site

Is pictr down?

cant upload, whether through login account or just anon upload

cannot log out (from logged in state)

cannot login (in private browser mode)

ya, same exact problem

tested on Chrome and Opera
PC win 10 and Android chrome as well
