fast till 7.00pm .
and then joggin 30 minutes ..

later at night tak makan

I'm surprised no one has said it yet

You can't target which spot your body wants to lose fat

You usually lose fat as a whole, all over your body and which spot loses it quicker all depends on genetic

however you might run into the situation what most of the people call 'skinny fat' aka skinny arms and skinny leg with bloated or flappy stomach

there is no easy way out and nothing beats doing sport+ having an appropriate nutritious diet

even if it's just a swim a week, a jog in the garden or a few pull ups push ups a day will help a lot more than just eating veg and drinking water

so if everyday i jogging for 2KM and go to the gym and also do this intermittent fasting still be skinny fat ? ..

Short answer, yes.

The good news is, as far as I know, scientist/dietitian/nutritionist don't see any health issue in intermittent fasting. But in my POV, eating balance meals, no fasting, practice proper exercise is still better than trying out all kind of shortcut to achieve result that u are unclear of what will u get
