anyway to restore this pair of adidas shoe, restoration

Hi guys, I would need some help on how can I restore / repair this pair of shoe of mine. Out skin is cracking, inner heel is sticky.  if it can be safe, any tips to do it. I didnt wear it like for a year and when I put it on once recently....it happen the above listed problem Thx

Actual photo might help. Judging from the pic it looks like leather. If condition not so bad then need to condition & repaint.

Leather shoes need to be conditioned at least once once every few months. DIY method, you need to get a leather shoe repair cream that is resin based then repaint the area. I think it is cheaper for you to send for restoration than DIY. Try looking up Masterclean or ShoeMO and ask for quotation.

And, thanks for the recommendation on the shoe repair...will pay them a visit soon.
