my dad gets 2 change his his vios after 9months of claim....
even da toyota head department also come 2 c his car's prob
n in d end they change new car 4 him....

yup,they even renew my dad's car roadtax for free...
meaning my dad get's a free car 2 ride for 9moths le....

cuz not many ppl notice it....
then my dad is a semi type of agresive of driver
so every time wen he took left cover like ur car buang corner
but wen he took right corner was ok....
so he did his aligment on da 3rd day after wen he got d car
n found out his aligment toe in was 2 much n cuz his car not stable
wen he take left corner....
so he took d car back 2 toyota 2 claim n tat toyota ppl said it's nothing
then my dad insisted then ask their superior 2 come have a look n d car...
then later they try change those part n da prob still there
then they told my dad da only way 2 'kau tim' his car
is send outside workshop 2 pull d chasis n my dad got angry
cuz it's a brand new car....
then my dad brought up tis matter 2 d da head n they come over
n study my dad's case n they agreed it's a failure car
so they change my dad's car for free since my dad use 2 do their rally car in d old days n they know my dad is a well known 4 his aligment
