Hi guys and sifu.
my father planning to pay off our house loan so that can become debt free. still have remaining 10 years if im not mistaken. Anyone settle their housing loan earlier before? what is the steps?loan with cimb by the way. thanks in advance. cheers!  |

borrower go to bank, fill in service request form to request for redemption statement.
some banks charge rm50 for this (which they will charge to ur loan account). after make payment, appoint lawyer to do the discharge (approx rm1k-1.5k depends on property location) |
