Effect of Italian manager. Almost every Italian manager like Conte and Sarri love their average player. Pre Conte, only Baba Rahman was the average player brought for current generation. Emenalo and Mourinho brought a lot of talented or world class player only to be sold by the board.

Sarri's Chelsea remind me of Wenger's Arsenal that keep passing without any end product and Redknapp's Spurs when they went all out at first half and get tired at second half and lose.

His tactic run behind the opponent when there's no space and unnecessary pressing will surely fatigue the player. This season might be still okay but next season we might see a fatigue team at start of season.

Another thing is since he only has Plan A and every other manager already know the countermeasure, expect next season to be worse if transfer ban is not delayed, Sarri is not sacked and Hazard leave.

Luckily Chelsea in Europa is still Mourinho's style and that reason alone might make Chelsea the winner.

Should sack Marina too if Sarri is sacked

So MourinhoIn for a complete trilogy since there is no other top manager except for him. Plus if MourinhoIn surely Luiz and Alonso won't be in starting 11 and Costa will finally replaced properly.

If winning against any top 10 sides also seem hard, better give up CL and stay in EL forever. At least nobody will be humiliated in EL while in CL sure got humiliated every match.

They still got it at start of the season until that time Sarri complained about mentality, after that they all changed to Sarri mentality and he no longer complained even after losing or battered. Even getting worse when player followed his mentality when his mentality is the lowest in the club. Last time player tell fan that they are aiming to win but manager doesn't care about winning and only wanting to play his football.
Even on his post match conference today he is happy even losing when player clearly wanted to win and destroy Liverpool title hope.

After relegation, only then Sarri will be sacked which is next season.

Well Higuain is his "son" like Jorginho, and Fabregas just said the other day that Sarri really favour his "son". Likewise like how he want the player to play his football instead of winning, he will always put his "son" in a good light eventhough both his "son" create a huge burden on other player. He never care about the club just like how he did thing in Napoli, to him, being a manager is just his way of entertainment and he never care a thing about winning.

Sarri will never change because he is arrogant, I can understand being arrogant when you are a winner like Mourinho always did but being arrogant when you always lose is just a way of heing a sore loser.

Better to give co-ownership with Mourinho so that he can finally buy his player like Fabregas and Costa instead of Marina player like Barkley and Drinkwater or Emenalo player like Baba Rahman and Cuadrado.

Seeing Sarri do things make me want to complaint so I return and shall disappear again as long as he is here.

Similar to Conte second season when he lose Steve Holland. Both start to follow their own football but not quite an achievement for both. Losing assistant manager who understand the club and the league is really a big impact to manager. Try Ancelotti and pair him with Terry, maybe the result will be better.

Nobody want to enter top 4. Later got humiliated at CL. All want Europa. Europa easier than CL but still League Cup is the hardest cup. LEAGUE CUP>>>CHAMPIONS LEAGUE>>>>EUROPA LEAGUE.

Not really, he already said that he has played with different manager with different philosophy and tactic and he wanted to prove to Sarri that he can do it too. Then Sarri didn't bother to talk with him or see his progress and of course he will be angry.

Rather have player like him who will felt challenged and try to improve when manager said they are not good enough. Other player that instantly give up always stayed average no matter how talented they are before. Player that didn't give up like Cahill is a bona fide spirit of a warrior on the field and captain material.

He wanted to stay, it's good because it mean that the club is special to him. Last time even Pedro didn't want to leave Barcelona and he wanted to return after only half a season at Chelsea even when he will only stay at the bench at Barcelona. Still, he wanted to return and not went to other club, the reason is easy it's because Barcelona is special to him. Even Mourinho still loves Chelsea, look at how he back the club and the player week in week out as a pundit.

That's more the reason why Sarri is not the right man. You see Klopp relations with his player and fan and how his player wanted to play for him, then you see Sarri with his player and the fan not even connecting. The player say this and that and none even bother to sign a contract. More reason is manager like Mourinho, Guardiola and Klopp always handpicked player for the transfer and not just rely on the club to search for player, while Sarri not even bother to handpicked a player even if he can and just let the board sign average player. Then you see how those 3 manager above always prioritize winning more than anything, while at Chelsea the player wanted to win but Sarri just want to see his football. No matter how many time Sarri is given if he didn't fix his attitude he won't go anywhere near as a succesful manager. Sarri attitude will never suit to any sport, maybe the reason was he was a banker and not an athlete.

Player dependency is normal. Barca with Messi, Ronaldo with Madrid last time, last season Liverpool with Salah, Chelsea last generation with Lampard. Better to have player that can be depend on rather than none. Only good player get repied on, if no player get relied on can only mean that there's nobody threatening in the team. If and if a team want to play without good player than they need a truly good manager.

Time to get Drogba too as co-owner

It's clear now that Sarri is clearly not a top manager material. How can a manager throw a tantrum before a cup final. Two of his favourite player bickering. No matter how bad the situation is Mourinho or Conte never show frustration to this point and both of them will stand to show who is the leader. Pressure is normal in any top club, no matter how weird the pressure is.

Sarri is just a poor man Wenger.

Chelsea PR team trying too hard to protect Sarri for whole season to the point of idiocy.
