I've never tried the coffee you said. But I recommend the products from https://vivienyeobeautystore.my/ . I've tried their Step 1,2,3 and I think this is so far the most effective product I've ever tried.
But still, I suggest you to do some workout, maybe just brisk walking will do. I was fat before, so I know exercise is the only way to avoid yo-yo effect
