The right side of my X3 has a creaking sound when i put it in my ear. Is this common eh ?

And I've been wondering, will buying a mp3 player like, Creative zen micro make my music sound nicer ? Because I'm using my SEk550i to listen to music now. Its pretty good, but still feel like something is lacking ...
So will buying a separate mp3 player make much difference ? .
I plan to spend no more than 350 also

Just like the feeling when something is loose only ler .
It only happens when i put it in and take it out

No cause for concern righttt ??

Anyway, will a separate mp3 player > my SE k550i in sound quality by a significant difference ??
