Hey guys,

VR-Zone will be having a regional overclocking competition on the 7th of July, and we will like to seek a team of overclockers to come down to participate in the competition. Accomodation will be provided for one night if anyone is interested. Currently, there are competitors from Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, and I sure do hope that there will be at least one guy from lowyat can come down and represent the country/forum!

Prizes will be fantastic, with Quad Core processors, Asus Mainboards, Prize money and more!

PS: I will be able to sponsor one hotel room, up to a maximum of 3 pax.

Microsite is yet to be up but we are extending our invitations to friendly forums around the region, although i'm apprehensive about posting any links till a moderator steps in and say that it's alright.

We will sponsor 2 nights of hotel stay, OC competition will be splitted up into two days, one day of air/water cooling and one day of dry ice cooling. So guys who joins this competition will need to be familiar with both air/water/dry ice cooling! Competitors will include famous overclockers in the region, namely,

- Shamino from Singapore
- Coolaler from Taiwan
- Xu Gang from China
- team from unlimitpc thailand
- team from lowyat
- team from indonesia

This will definitely be the biggest overclocking event in the history of our region.

coolice and gang will not be able to make it becaues they are not familiar with dry ice overclocking and voltmodding. anyone else game? you might be seeing some exclusive hardware during this competition....

The teams consisting of Sanko, coolice, sup3rfly, irenic and hahalol did a great job! I am very sure they tried their best but most of the guys up against them were too seasoned for them it is a good experience and I'm sure they'll do good for the next competition! 3 cheers for them!
