Type : Apartment (Freehold) - 5th Floor (No lift)
Intention : Investment only

I not sure about the market price, location and environment of the apartment.

If this apartment is 'used' units, i don't think it will be worth as a investment if you will taking bank loans. About the rental it was quite good. Depends on you luck.

Just my opinion.

@dplaya,
If u have the cash to purchase it and not take a bank loan and very sure there aren't leaks or other pumbling, etc problems you probably can consider purchasing it for investment purposes.

Oh.. I forgot to mention - it would obviously be better if you also have a ready tenant so u know it can immediately be rented out !
