EPF - self contribution, need advise

Looking for clarification, asking HR to deduct 15% of our pay for contribution and contributing additional 4% on top of the 11% deducted does nothing for our income tax right?
There was once I heard if company deducts more for EPF, the income tax is lower. Not sure how true is this. Assuming I am above the 6k deductible d. |

For those that kept saying put money overseas.......where do you put the money ( apart from in the bank ) in overseas?
