I don't think any player will request to be loaned out for playing time knowing there is a chance to win the league. Why did any of the management decided to loan him out? Well you said finally LFC can attract big name players.

It is a 50/50 for a big name player to make it in the BPL. In fact a lot of big names fail to live up.

Thankfully we did not have that many and most recent example for us could be Morientes, Aquilani. Can't think we signed any bigger names that didn't live up to expectation.

Good that most of our big names signing ie Torres and Suarez worked out so well.

Big money signing that failed definitely is Carroll.

Henderson is not most improved. I've always said he is a good player just playing in a position required by Klopp.

Alternatively, Salah can be switched up front and bring in Shaqiri. Mane can also play up front and Origi on the wide position. Origi loves to drift out wide kind of how Henry used to play.

what was on in his mind playing Gini up front vs barca. You have Origi, Shaqiri and Sturridge.

Gini was ineffective for the 78 minutes he was on. And he took 78 minutes to take him off. WTF

Origi in 3minutes has more time on the ball than gini in 78mins
