Ya tbh I dont even care about the United vs City match cause United has been terrible lately. But the fact that some of their fans are spinning off this lost as if it was their grand master plan to let City win the league is absolutely embarrassing.
They lost because they're shit, they have a traffic cone in goal, a showboating clown in midfield and a donkey as striker, stop giving excuses and own up to the lost and support the team. Instead they think that this lost somehow earns them the right to brag about Liverpool might end up being 2nd in the league. I honestly cannot brain their logic, they're really a special breed

I have a United friend who this morning posted the Manchester is Blue meme. Like seriously, how embarrassing is that? How the mighty have fallen, they just lost in a derby and all they can think of is Liverpool, it's just sad and pathetic.
When Tottenham lost to City I didn't even feel anything, because their fans were quiet and they know they simply lost to a better team. But wow these United fans celebrating a lost like they've been planning it for months and Liverpool this Liverpool that

Thought the result was an unfair representation of how the game actually was. For the most part we were toe to toe with Barca, but they were just more clinical and had the best player to play the game on their side. Klopp's substitution too little too late, everytime against these bigger opponents his game management is really disappointing.

p/s: This really shows the drop in quality between PL and CL. PL aside from us and City the rest of the teams are shit and we're pretty much able to dominate most games. But when it comes to Barca it's a real challenge & it's honestly pretty interesting to watch

Yeah, Barca had Suarez and Messi to lead the line, we had Gini ffs. Unfair results despite us being quite decent but that's football I guess. It's not like we lost to a shit side like United lol.

What a great season we've had and proud to be supporting our boys throughout the campaign, never missing a single game this season. We still have CL final to look forward to!

I don't want to sound delusional but I genuine believe we are now an option for top class players to move to. You put any of our transfer targets at Anfield in that 4-0 win against Barcelona and I guarantee you they'll fall in love with our club.
