I work here so i know this place well. Not a happening place, more suitable for family. Nearby all landed houses and factories. Exclusive part of subang/usj. The nearest 99 speedmart are USJ 4 and USJ Heights. This project located very near to Thermos factory. Unlike the shit holes like puchong puteri et al., this place is quiet, well planned, low density and peace at all the time.

This area no leasehold i think. High tention cable if i am not mistaken more near to USJ Heights.

Er, i dont want to be biased, you have to be there to truly understand the exclusivity. It's unlike the dirty industrial area in, like, Tmn Perindustrian Puchong, segambut or USJ 1. This area more upscale like Glemarie Temasya type, with all the bugnalows/superlink like subang heights/usj heights/usj 3abcd along persiaran setia.
