As per topic, unfortunately I now suffer the above medical condition.

Already visited the clinic, the doctor say better go to hospital for further checking as he fear it spread to my rectum wall (with letter provided).

SO may I know which Government hospital have this treatment/surgery?

All Gov hospital can do abscess surgery, just that long queue. Cant go private ? They can schedule faster.

Last time I tried to schedule with University Hospital is like 2 months plus waiting list as this is now a priority surgery.

Ok bro. Good luck for this. Medication might work to relieve the abscess. However if it appears again, then you no choice but to go for surgery.

Dengue no choice leh as its life threatening if not treated.

Well, its a good idea to plan for a medical card in the near future.

Give UM Specialist Centre (https://umsc.my/) a try. It is semi-private, i.e., shorter queue than UMMC but cheaper than private medical centres.
