How do I find the QQQ ETF without the high withholding tax?

Thanks for the link provided. Found SXRV, I guess I should go for that ticker code?
Which is the QQQ version of SXR8 (SP500)? Since I'm investing in SXR8 too, I guess I should go for SXRV for the QQQ as both are in EUR |

Where to see those charges actually?
The 0.3% is the annual management fees? But I think EQQQ should be more growth right. Based on historical data |

Is is EQQQ:LSEETF ticker? or which ticker symbol you go for?
EQQQ only having EQQQ:BVME and EQQQ:LSEETF on IBKR |
