Hope you can get me below answers. Thank you.

3rd(F&T) or 3rd no need pay excess and betterment? No need

2.)
Insurance have loading just because insurance company want increase the total premium?
When accident happen and loading is 100%, this wouldn't impact any? Not like excess and betterment, you want pay it first and unable full claim?
If you go for 3p ins must charge loading 100%. But still cheaper than f&t.

3.) f&t follow 1st party
3rd(F&T)when fire and theft claim is count by
Sum Insured/Market Value x Assessed Loss

Market Value = Assessed Loss
if Sum Insured RM10K, but market value is RM1K, finally claim fire and theft can get RM10K?
10000/1000*1000=10000

4.)Old car market value is RM1K also can buy any amount of sum insured? Can this year buy RM20K, next year buy RM10K, then next year buy RM30K?
