1. Actuarial Science sounds good but it is kinda tough to complete degree from what i heard. I heard if you get hired the pay is very good but the thing is i havent heard any of my friends who graduated with AC degree get hired as AC or related field...

2. Master in Mathematics is SWAG. I respect my lecturer so much because of his knowledge. If you insist on studying maths you have my utmost respect and I strongly support you.

3. Seriosuly, if your family can support what you like, just follow and chase your dreams. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT follow what you mom wants. Because then you will become the shape of what your mom wants. You are you. When you become a grown man/old man and one day you feel regret, you will blame your mom.
