Hi TS. I've previously had the same problem with you. You just need to call Maxis CS center and request for eBill. The MyMaxis app is garbage IMO. I've tried enabling eBill using the app for 3 freaking months. End up called Maxis CS. Settle. Do note that the paper bill is charged under Value Added Service. Whatever that means. Hope this help.
