Hi, came across the advert for this development on IG. Developer is brother of H2O, track record includes Serene Kiara and Villa Serene Kiara developments. Types of properties include townhouse, superlink, semi detached and bungalows. Site is near Kiaramas side of Mont Kiara.

Seems like a good place to stay, if i could afford lol. I found a bungalow being sold on internet for 9 million with 16k sqf land area.

this is not malay reserve land, even if partially but definitely not entirely according to HCS map.

Cheap pricing for the area. Could only compare against East Residence which all sold for much more.
