Go for the highest spec. For RM5k difference it's better than the basic. I don't own one but a family member does. Waiting period 2 month for the advance.
1 org kancil also can up lo without anything else
My father plan to buy Aruz , Yes or no ?

Aruz drives like a Toyota Unser. Ride height very high and corners like handling a van.
R.I.P 3rd row passengers when driving up/down hill. |

Shortcomings we can see:
- Automatic transmission with only 4 gears - Tall body, will corner like a boat if one already used to sedan driving - redundant 3rd row for children/tiny ppl. |

if you not worry about space for second and third row..still okey la. for me bit cramped..myvi have better spacefor second row.
but for safety..suv > sedan although penang bridge incident is unusual case of recklessness |

I liked the Myvi, but test drove the Aruz yesterday.
- underpowered - RPM is rather high when cruising on highway, drowning noise from the engine - sampan handling, lots of body roll and literally can feels wobbles while driving (The seats, lacking sufficient body support as well making the situation worse) - subpar nvh level + high level of equipment and safety features + build quality is typical Perodua, will last long. Dafak. The only reason that should warrant an aruz is if you need to carry 4 - 5 kids.
It's just a modern avanza / unser. |

4 spd is reliable but 3.5k-3.6k rpm at highway speed is unbearable. For town use seems ok la
