Fred lost his confidence. Few misplaced passes in early minutes, always facing his own goal, just played backward passes and picked a safer routes. I believe he'll become good. But prefer Pereira at this moment, though both are different type of CM.

Soton are more important match, will not care much about PSG. Just play our best (and fit) players, worry about PSG later.

Most standout = DDG, since Moyes year.
Steady improvement = Shaw, Herrera.
Most improved = Lindelof.

Lukaku need to continue playing like this.. Finding space and just strike. This is his strength. MOTM

Hard fought victory but nice seeing the whole team keep fighting. Believe.

Lukaku need to be more direct. He can bully most of BPL defenders if play it more simple and use his strength to max. He have a poor first touch, So-so dribbling ability.

Lukaku and Rashford can co exist. We paid a lot or Lukaku, and no bigger (or lesser) clubs pursuit him in public.
There's always an injuries, lots of games and loss of form.
OGS seem very flexible in tactics and formations. Lots of attacking options perfectly suit him.

Poor decision by ref, with a help of VAR some more. But PSG only got themselves to blame.

We only chasing shadows most of the time, midfielders non existant, but made most of the chances presented to us.

Great win, 2 giants are out, hope for good QF draw.

Great result Rennes-Arsenal. Hope it'll demotivated them and defocus Emery between plotting a comeback and chasing the 4th place.

Our injury list seem no better but at least Pogba is back while the likes of Dalot, Pereira, Fred gaining valuable playing time and confidence.

Draw is good result but we have to maintain our perfect away records. Afterall, it'll kill our direct competitor. Hope see another Lukaku brace.

I doubt the board give Ole massive transfer budget. Youngster DM (alt to Matic), proper RB, and proper RW. No need to a world class addition, but up-and-coming type..

TBH we had it coming, we won few matches without being really good.

We did ok, we had better chances than them, DDG didn't have his best day.

The penalty was very soft, don't think it's a fault if it's happen outside the box. But we failed to bury our xhances, penalty or not, it doesn't really matter.

Our run under OGS definitely champions -esque kind of form. The question marks are, can he sustain it, rebound after damaging defeat, and can he attracts top class talents?

Other top class candidate may have to start fresh, probably will never have OGS current form and we'll content with him because we still in transition.

I say, the transition is now. Come new season, we should ready to challenge top honors without to wait another 're-building year.

Poor performance, good result. Try to be positive here.

Good timing to face Wolves, they probably will rotate heavily to give the best preparation for FA cup semifinal.

Any kind of result Liverpool-Spurs, will be good in different way. But the best I hope is a draw.

PSG will be a likely destination, if DDG want to leave us. Or Juventus. Buffon probably on his last year @PSG, while Juventus don't have a world class GK.
They have money, better CL club these days than us, and guarantee silverware year in year out.

Ok performance, just about our level against proper world class team. I enjoyed the game because I had no expectation. Impressed with the team attitude and pressing game.

Mctominay are really cool under pressure, Fred had his best game on red shirt. Lukaku can make a real difference if we utilize him properly.

Pogba underperform for about a month now, Rashford seem still bothered with his ankle, Shaw seem reluctant to push forward (because he is a LCB). Prefer Dalot on the RWB, and Shaw as the LWB.

We have hope because we doing relatively well away under OGS. But I do not expect to progress, just want a good and enjoyable game.

All those fruitless crosses from Young and Dalot IMO due to positioning of Lukaku. Either OGS instructed him to be more wider, or just poor positioning. IMO he and Pogba is best headers (attacking) of our team. Rashford and Martial are relatively poor in the air.

IMO the best way to penetrate Barca are through arial bombardment. But we sold most of tall players, Lukaku must be always present in the box, when crosses played. And also we must improve our dead ball play. Apart from Rashford direct attempts (which not consistently good), I don't recall any goal from set play recently.

Our top 4 target come first. Every game is must win game, no room for error. It's hurt to say, but Pool in a favorite position because they favorable fixtures.

Helping them is unavoidable. But can we actually beat City?

We shot ourselves in the foot.

Others will be busy for European Semi, hopefully that'll be a little advantage.

Personally, I think OGS are not so good tactically. There was some brilliant tactic in Arsenal (FA Cup), but most of the time we ride our lucks.

Our great run early this year due to players feel free to express themselves, not being shackled by rigidity of Mourinho's tactics.

We still in the hunt, a win against City will absolutely change the mood.

Fred (mis)passes are more threat to our own goal than his passes forward to threaten opposition goal.

He was okay in few European games, but too slow (his pace aren't the problem but his decisiveness) for English games.
