If buy a service apartment, is there anything else to take into considerations as below: 1. Long term commercial rate indah water, tnb and water bills 2. Long term commercial rate cukai taksiran/ pintu/ strata 3. Stamp duty no exemption for first home buyers. 4. Maintenance fee Any sifu can share? Trying to make a calculated decision. |

Very cantik the wet and dry kitchen. First time seeing this type of double sided dry kitchen layout in a 1,200++ sqft condo. Usually, it's only in landed houses that will see such kitchen layout.
