But concern about the noise coming from lrt track How bad is the noise? If the unit is higher up, maybe 10 floor above the track Is the noise still clearly heard |

Is there still 1bedroom available?
Worth to apply rumah selangorku or buy direct better? It seems convenient for lrt, but wont it be too near? U know like u can feel the tremours in car while waiting at traffic light, when a heavy vehicle passby? Just wonder if the future price will be affected coz next to ppr also... Coz finding it weird, some say mostly sold off, then why they still advertising though launch seems quite some time already, any concerns? |

My friend interested but seeing the price 380k for 1 bedroom pretty high for a house either facing LRT or facing ppr. |
